Admission Process

We are currently enrolling for the 2023-24 school year.

If you are interested in enrolling THIS school year (Fall 2023) please see the instructions for the application process below. 

You will be guided to select the learning platform that is best for your child:  Online (K-8) In-Person (K-8) or Fusion (6-8).   Once the application is submitted, our team will follow-up with more information and next steps!  We look forward to hearing from you!

Looking for NEXT year?

Open Enrollment for 2024-2025 school year will take place between

November 1, 2023 and January 15, 2024.

For the 2024-2025 school year, prospective families may submit Kindergarten through eighth grade Enrollment Applications beginning November 1, 2023 at 12:01AM CST.

The list below gives a general outline of the admissions process and important dates:

  • Tours Available – Parents may make an appointment to tour the LUA campus by calling the office at (651) 408-5559 or emailing

  • November 30, 2023 – 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. -Open House for Prospective Students K-8

  • December 14, 2023 – 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. -Open House for Prospective Students K-8.

  • January 11, 2024 – 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. -Open House for Prospective Students K-8.
  • Can’t attend our open houses? Schedule a tour! Tours are available by appointment. Call 651-408-5559 or email info@levelupacademy to set up an appointment. 
  • Applications received during Open Enrollment will be placed in a lottery to determine the placement in class and order on the waiting list for any available openings.
  • January 16, 2024 – 9:00 a.m. – Lottery for 2024-2025 School Year.

  • Ongoing – Placement will be offered as classroom openings become available. All of our families are asked to inform LUA if their school plans change as soon as possible. A goal is for every student in every grade to be able to participate in the first day of school with their new classmates.

Instructions to Apply


  1. Complete the Online Application Form by pressing the Apply Now button at the top of this page. *

  2. Be sure to include the grade level of your child for the school year you are applying.

  3. Submit the form by clicking the submit button.

  4. Print the resulting page for your own records. If you do not get a confirmation page, then the form  was not submitted. A confirmation email will be sent to the primary family email address. Please  Note: Only complete forms will be accepted!

  5. If you make a mistake simply fill the form out again. We will remove duplicates prior to the lottery process.
